Yes, it certainly does! A fresh season not only can signal a new beginning in nature but in your personal life and your wardrobe of course! I love refreshing my closet for the new season. Insider Tip: I actually try to clean out my closet at the beginning of each season as it gives me a sense of clarity, and inner peace, knowing that I am creating new space (tangibly and mentally) for what’s to come in the next chapter of my life. I always feel so good and organized when I clean the house out. Anyone else or is that just me? It’s kind of the same with my head space too. I always find it to be the best time to start something new, or check a thing off your bucket/to do list, with the fresh start of the season.
Is there something that you’ve been wanting to see or get done that’s weighing you down mentally? Then girl, today I’m empowering you to get it done! There really is no better time than the present. For example, recently I started doing pure barre classes again and it feels so good to be back at it, as tough as it is. Why is it that the body takes so long to get into shape, but falls out of shape so fast?! Always blows my mind.
I kept putting off exercise with the move and getting settled into a new state, and I finally said enough is enough. No, I am not going to save this for my New Year’s resolutions. I’m going to start now! And you can too, with whatever it is that lately may be all in your head and bugging you. As intuitive women, we should listen to that little inner voice. It’s usually telling us something important and if we listen sooner than later, we’re one step ahead already.
So today, I’m raising my coffee cup to you friend. May you get done what you need to today, in order to create the space in your life for all the exciting things to come with the start of a new season! Cheers!
